Taylor-Dunn Maintenance Intervals

The maintenance schedule for your Taylor-Dunn vehicle varies by model. However, there are some common intervals.  

After the first 10 to 25 hours of operation, perform the following on your vehicle. Check your Vehicle Operator and Service Manual to determine the correct interval to perform break-in maintenance. Refer to Taylor-Dunn Break-In and Inspection for more information. 

  • Re-torque wheel nuts.  
  • Inspect all hardware for tightness. 
  • Adjust front wheel bearings.
